Basic Physiology Data
This milestone adds basic measurements about patients into the MEASUREMENT table. The data itself is a mixture of labs (potentially performed externally) and bedside nurse / device data recording.
As there is a huge amount of data that could potentially be added to the
MEASUREMENT table, and as the project
progresses more potential codes will become available. The list of possible
measurements can be found in the repo under [/data_mappings/measurements.csv].
All measurements marked as order 1 (1
in the order
column) should be
included as part of this milestone. This ensures that with the completion of
this milestone, there is already useful data being contributed.
