Basic Pathology Data

Milestone five is the final milestone and contains the various bits of data that are useful, but more peripheral, or may have oddities about how they are collected result in us not wanting to block progress for them.

The extra tables in this milestone are:

• SPECIMEN: The details of the samples sent to the lab for analysis.
• FACT_RELATIONSHIP: Adding metadata to facts.
• OBSERVATION: Measurements / observations about patients that cannot be recorded as coded values or numbers.
